MY ORDER IS NOT GOING THROUGH.  WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD REJECTED?

Our shopping cart has a high system security to protect all card holders.  All the information you provide must match with the information your bank has on their files.  Otherwise, your order will be rejected.  When placing an order on our Website, please ensure that your full billing name and address, as well as the expiration date of the credit card is correct. 

In most cases, your bank will provide us with the reason that they are rejecting your card only if it's an AVS or Security Code Mismatch.  AVS (Address Verification System) is your billing address and the Security Code is the 3 digit code on the back of your Visa or MasterCard.  Please note that a credit card can be rejected for many reason such as the incorrect expiration date, billing mismatch, insufficient funds or etc.  For privacy reasons, your bank will not give us the specific reason for rejecting your card - unless it's an AVS or Security Code mismatch.  If you would like to know why your order is being rejected, please contact us.



Please consider the following options if your order is rejected:

CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping is available only with the Expedited Production Service for our Lavand Collection.  For all other collections, it's $30.00 and can be purchased seperately.  Please note our Lavand Collection and Swimwear are on backorder due to the overwhelming demand.  Each bra and swimwear is made from scratch and per order.  This service can be purchased under the Lavand page. If you would like to purchase the patented Bra or Swimwear for a special occation (ex: your wedding, anniversary or etc...) we can expedite the production of your item and ship it within 2 - 3 weeks instead.  This special expedited service is non-refundable and you can add it to your shopping cart on the Lavand page.

You can either choose the Expedited Production Service with Priority Mail or Express Mail.  Choose quantity 1 for 1 item, quantity 2 for 2 items and so on.  You can also contact us for any questions you might have.

PLEASE NOTE THE EXPEDITED PRODUCTION FEE IS FINAL SALE AND IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED. There is a minimum order of 2 Bras for all International orders.  For security reasons, International orders are not processed on our Website.  Therefore, there is more customer service, time and effort that goes into processing all Internatiol orders.  International shipping is available for selected countries and upon the approval by our company.  We do not accept international credit cards.  All international sales are final.  If you're interested in placing an order with us, please review the information below first and contact us to request for our International Order Form.

We make every effort to display the colors of merchandise that appear on the site as accurately as possible.  However, the actual colors that your see will depend on your monitor and video card, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of the colors of merchandise will be accurate.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Follow the care instructions on the sewn-in label of the garment carefully.   We use high quality fabrics, made in Italy and France, which are very delicate yet durable.  However, care instructions need to be followed in detail.  

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT USE WOOLITE ON ANY LINGERIE OR SWIMWEAR ITEMS YOU PURCHASE FROM US.  DUE TO NUMEROUS REPORTS ON-LINE REGARDING WOOLITE AS WELL AS OUR OWN EXPERIENCES WITH WOOLITE AND OUR CUSTOMERS' EXPERIENCES USING WOOLITE ON THEIR LINGEIRIE, WE HAVE DETERMINED THAT WOOLITE IS TOO HARSH ON LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR ITEMS.  SOME REPORTS ON-LINE NOTE THAT WOOLITE IS TOO ALKALINE AND IT DAMAGES THE DELICATE FABRIC OF LINGERIE AND SWIMEAR.  


Please do not purchase items unless you are going to use them when you receive them.  Purchasing items that you might use a year from now (example: purchasing a swimwear in winter time to wear for next summer) can expose your item to heat, cold, light and many factors that can damage your item, even before you wear it.  Any item can be damaged by environmental factors just by sitting in your closet for a long time.

When using white undergarments, be sure to wear light colored clothing, as other colors can ruin any white underwear.  Also, wash white undergarments only with like colors.  In case you use any chemicals to remove stains from the fabric, please make sure to rinse with plenty of water thoroughly to get all he chemicals out of the fabric.  Follow the same instructions for nude and other light colors color.
