HOW OUR PRODUCTION IS DIFFERENT AND BETTER
WE SEW EVERY PIECE OF THE LAVAND COLLECTION FROM SCRATCH IN OUR FACTORY IN LOS ANGELES.  FOR EXAMPLE, THE FABRIC IS NOT MOLDED INTO THE CUPS BY A MACHINE AS MOST BRA CUPS ARE. EACH AND EVERY FABRIC IS SEWN FROM SCRATCH AND PLACED ON EACH CUP BY HAND.  EVERY PROCESS OF MAKING OUR LAVAND COLLECTION IS HAND-SEWN AND WITHOUT THE USE OF AUTOMATED MACHINES. 


ALTHOUGH OUR SAMPLE-MAKERS WORK ON WEEKENDS AND AS MANY OVERTIME HOURS AS POSSIBLE, WE DO NOT RUSH THE PRODUCTION OF ANY ITEM AS EACH ITEM IS MADE AS A SAMPLE TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST QUALITY.  OUR PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES ARE SELECTED SAMPLE-MAKERS WHO ARE HIGHLY TRAINED, TALENTED AND DETAIL ORIENTED.  THEY PUT A LOT INTO MAKING EACH AND EVERY ITEM.   WE ALSO HAVE A VERY STRICT QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM.  THIS ENSURES THAT YOU RECEIVE A HIGH QUALITY ITEM, THAT'S MADE WITH A LOT OF CARE AND VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAILS.

WE PRODUCE EACH LAVAND DISTRACTION BRA AND SWIMWEAR PER ORDER AND AS THE PERFECT SAMPLE.  THIS COLLECTION IS ALWAYS BACKORDERED DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING DEMAND.  WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, WE WILL PLACE YOUR ITEM/S IN PRODUCTION RIGHT AWAY.  IN ORDER TO DO THIS, WE NEED TO MAKE SURE YOUR CARD IS VALID AND THE PAYMENT IS COMPLETE SO WE CAN PLACE YOUR ITEM IN PRODUCTION.  PLEASE SHOP ON OUR WEBSITE ONLY IF THIS POLICY, ALONG WITH OUR OTHER POLICES, ARE SATISFACTORY TO YOU.  WE ASSURE YOU THAT YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND IN THE ORDER IT WAS RECEIVED.

MY ORDER IS NOT GOING THROUGH.  WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD REJECTED?

Our shopping cart has a high system security to protect all card holders.  All the information you provide must match with the information your bank has on their files.  Otherwise, your order will be rejected.  When placing an order on our Website, please ensure that your full billing name and address, as well as the expiration date of the credit card is correct. 

In most cases, your bank will provide us with the reason that they are rejecting your card only if it's an AVS or Security Code Mismatch.  AVS (Address Verification System) is your billing address and the Security Code is the 3 digit code on the back of your Visa or MasterCard.  Please note that a credit card can be rejected for many reason such as the incorrect expiration date, billing mismatch, insufficient funds or etc.  For privacy reasons, your bank will not give us the specific reason for rejecting your card - unless it's an AVS or Security Code mismatch.  If you would like to know why your order is being rejected, please contact us at info@bitasaviss.com


Please consider the following options if your order is rejected:

Option 1. Simply use another credit or debit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. This would be the best and fastest option.

If you would like to use the same card, please contact your bank first by calling the 800 number on the back of the credit card you are using and ask them why they are rejecting this card and double-check the information (expiration date, funds & etc.) with them.  Your bank can tell you exactly why they are rejecting your card and what you need to do in order for this order to go through.  For security and privacy reasons, they do not share this information with anyone else but you.

IN SOME CASES, THIS SHIPMENT TIME-FRAME MIGHT INCREASE DUE TO PRODUCTION DELAYS. Express Shipping is available only with the Expedited Production Service for our Lavand Collection.  For all other collections, it's $30.00 and can be purchased seperately.  Please note the Lavand Distraction Bra and Swimwear are on backorder due to the overwhelming demand.  Each Lavand Distraction Bra and Swim are made from scratch and per order.  This service can be purchased under the Lavand page. It's called Expedited Production Service + Express Shipping.  All standard and express shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  If you choose this service, please note in the comment section that you understand your purchase for this service is final sale.


EXPEDITED PRODUCTION SERVICE FOR LAVAND COLLECTION

The Lavand Distraction Bra and Swimwear are backordered at all times due to the overwhelming demand to this collection.  If you would like to purchase the Lavand Distraction Bra or Swimwear for a special occation (ex: your wedding, anniversary or etc...) we can expedite the production of your item and ship it within 2 - 3 weeks instead.  This special expedited service is non-refundable and you can add it to your shopping cart on the Lavand page.

You can purchase this service on the same page you purchase the Lavand Distraction Bra.  You can either choose the Expedited Production Service with Priority Mail or Express Mail.  Choose quantity 1 for 1 item, quantity 2 for 2 items and so on.  You can also contact us for any questions you might have.

Care Instructions

Follow the care instructions on the sewn-in label of the garment carefully.   Bita Saviss uses high quality fabrics, made in Italy and France, which are very delicate yet durable.  However, care instructions need to be followed in detail.  

Due to our experiments and our customer's experiments, we do not recommend using Woolite on the Lavand Distraction Collection as this detergent seems to be too harsh for this collection.


Please do not purchase items unless you are going to use them when you receive them.  Purchasing items that you might use a year from now (example: purchasing a swimwear in winter time to wear for next summer) can expose your item to heat, cold, light and many factors that can damage your item, even before you wear it.  Any item can be damaged by environmental factors just by sitting in your closet for a long time.

When using white undergarments, be sure to wear light colored clothing, as other colors can ruin any white underwear.  Also, wash white undergarments only with like colors.  In case you use any chemicals to remove stains from the fabric, please make sure to rinse with plenty of water thoroughly to get all he chemicals out of the fabric.  Follow the same instructions for nude and other light colors color.
